The first thought after reaching there can I really do this one? Did I feel more enthusiastic about myself and came here or I would have opted for leisure one like as I always do.
Like all the trips with BCF this one didn’t happen in train, so missed that part of fun.
Here the first thing that welcomed us was rain which was with us up to the last sec literally. especially that didn’t miss us when we got dry 😜 😜 .

We got some time before starting the trek, so started with a visit to the wax museum, Khandala point and waited in lonavala railway station to meet new people of BCF!!!!

Then came all the people which we were waiting for, we all together had a click at “I Love Lonavala” and started moving in vehicles It was a bit anxious for me.

We moved to some Village themed hotel. There we had some interaction and started moving to a hamlet to start our day. We all got dressed up in a new avatar to hide ourselves from all the 🌧️.
Then came the crucial thing Trekking (for the first time) we started taking mall steps above and from between the houses. For the first few minutes it was only about moving then came the green space around, mist, moving clouds, mountains all around and all the breathlessness I was experiencing faded away in seconds.

Here started reels, photos, poses and all 😃 our friend came again 💦, the next step was to climb the mountain with mud, running water it was little bit scary then came another wide view of mountains around and drains flowing. Gasped the breath | Chalo more is awaiting and started moving…

From here started following our dikshuchi — Naveen garu

The sound of waterfalls and air filled our ears. ‘Tip of mountains were like flowing volcanoes with clouds ‘Steep slopes, plain grass, kind of valleys, 🏘️ here and there and where is one tree hill how long does it take are the kind of questions. Then comes rainfall again this time it was a relief.Dance steps, videos, GROUP pics, content for facilitator.

It was as if Mountains were playing hide and seek with the clouds.
The only missed things are songs and mostly they are compensated by scenic views and the drain sounds. We started moving above and above then came a waterfall where almost all of us got drenched except ME and other Two.
Here we saw many native people who were like literally jumping hopping on the mountains and for them it was like a cakewalk with normal slippers and all.

By the sunset time (though we didn’t see it), we reached a point where we got some coffee and had some snacks.
Now started with head torches along some boulders for almost one to two hours. Unpacked our 🎒 and started moving for dinner upto long distance of 1.5 km (at that time) Finally came to the place with waiting time and moving bearers all around
Here we started with soup – it was a great relief from shivering cold and wetness and other food. The streets were filled with lots of people and food all around. Many more local items like hats, raincoats, bags, chappals were so colorful and bright at that time. Come back and rest for the day. the night mist around the street light and background was so adorable to sit and watch at that time, In the morning it was damn beautiful.

Then the next day, the wakeup call, got ready with the coats, shoes and started moving to different points like echo point, Charlotte lake view, here came Maggieeee and the weekend rush.

Finally landed here “I Love Matheran” …
Goinggggg on and on then came Matheran Toy Train 🚂🚂 with 🌧️ again.

From here started trekking down along the railway track 🛤️, it was full of umbrellas, Hats, Coats and colors throughout the route and the scenic greenery which was like we were into the hills again.

Then came the final thing “”our Grand Welcome to Matheran””Our Peace of mind is in hands of GMK 🤣🤣here

Started moving down in a vehicle with traffic and slight tension of the facilitator that we may get late due to weekend rush or blockages between.
Reached the railway station, had lunch and said bye bye to the group.
Then both of us went in search to go to places nearby.. everyone suggested for us to not go anywhere just enjoy here by visiting the CHIKKI shops. Bought some chikki and what is next was our question?
Moved to a strawberry farm outlet Mapro Garden.. though we didn’t see any real strawberries there it was good and relaxed there for more than 2 hrs and completely got dried. The walk from the garden to the bus place again the bye bye drenching in the rain.
I have been with BCF for 5 trips and never thought of writing anything like this after the trip.
I wrote but that was just a few lines This journey is very very special.
*It is really true that traveling really helps us learn many many things *
